This collection of love-songs was written by Eric Schabacker who was the owner of Bee Jay Recording Studios in Orlando, FL, where Petra (with Greg X. Volz) recorded the album Washes Whiter Than. He was such a fan of Volz' vocal capabilities that he asked him to sing on the album. Apparently Volz' second name Xavier had also such an appeal to Shabacker that he named the album such. Several of the studio musicians that played on Washes Whiter Than were hired for this recording as well. Only 1,000 copies were pressed and few have survived.
