WALT HARRAH (b 1948) was born in St. Louis, MO. He received a Bachelor of Church Music degree from the University of South Carolina and an M.DIV. from Fuller Theological Seminary, Pasadena, CA. He has been a part of the Haven of Rest group for a number of years and still works with them. Walt is primarily a freelance composer today, working from his home in Irvine, California.
