Today I welcome to the husband and wife team of Steve & Annie Chapman. Christian music enthusiasts will recognize Steve and Annie as a vocal recording duo from the early eighties, but before that, they were both in the pioneering CCM group Dogwood. What many may not realize is that they have continued to record and have released around 20 albums and are seasoned authors, releasing more than 30 books between them, covering topics from marriage and parenting to hunting and character development.

Steve and Annie Chapman are a husband and wife duo who met while they were members of the early Jesus music band, Dogwood. They released their first album on Star Song Records in 1981. In 1988 they won the Dove Award for Best Country Album for An Evening Together. Originally from West Virginia, the couple is based in Nashville where they focus on writing, recording, and singing about the importance of family. They have worked closely with James Dobson's "Focus on the Family" and have released more than twenty independent albums since leaving StarSong.
Steve Chapman and his wife, Annie, are award–winning musicians who take their message of Christ–centered family to fans all over North America. Steve proclaims his enthusiasm for the gospel, for family, and for hunting in A Look at Life from a Deer Stand, Reel Time with God, 10 Things I Want My Son to Know, and What Husbands and Wives Aren’t Telling Each Other.
Annie Chapman is a gifted musician and the author of several books, including 10 Things I Want My Husband to Know, The Mother-in-Law Dance, and 10 Things I Want My Daughter to Know. Sharing the stage with her husband, Steve, writing books and magazine articles, speaking at women’s conferences, and ministering through radio and TV give Annie many opportunities to reach a wide audience for Christ. She is a graduate of Moody Bible Institute.
