The Sonlight Orchestra was the brainchild of Austin Roberts (a Grammy Award-winning singer/songwriter/producer who landed a Top Ten hit in 1975 with his song "Rocky") and Kim Rose (a classically trained arranger). The duo performed muzak variations of Jesus music hits on synthesizers. Their four albums covered a majority of the hits of their day.
