Remedy Drive began in 1998, releasing six independent projects before signing with Word Records in early 2008. In August of that year, the band released their first major label album, Daylight Is Coming that received a 2009 Dove nomination for Rock/Contemporary Album of the Year. The first single from the CD, “Daylight,” was voted the #1 music video of 2008 for the TVU Network. The third single, “All Along,” shot to #1 on the CHR chart for seven weeks and reached Top Ten on the AC chart. In late 2010, the contract with Word ended and three of the four brothers decided to leave Remedy Drive. Frontman David Zach re-organized the group with Timmy Jones (drums/background vocals), Corey Horn (bass/background vocals), and Dave Mohr (guitar/background vocals) and released a new five-song EP, “Light Makes A Way.” The band stays active on the touring circuit with 150-200 dates a year and is known for their energetic and dynamic live shows.
