John Michael and Terry Talbot are brothers who have been making music together since the early 1960s. In 1962, John Michael joined his brother's band the Quinchords. Then in 1969, the brothers formed the country rock band Mason Profit and would release five albums as well as tour with the Eagles. In 1973, the brothers went their own way, recording several solo projects. Despite their successful solo careers the brothers reunited several times to record together.
