Balance of Power
The progressive metal band Balance of Power was birthed in 1995 when keyboardist Ivan Gunn gathered together some London musicians. Members Lance King and Pete Southern joined for the band's second release, Book of Secrets, which received rave reviews from many magazines and began the group's trademark AOR/metal sound.
